SP 6100A-6119D

These were the first examples of the F3 model on the SP. Thirty-eight of the original forty units were transferred to the T&NO between mid 1949 and late 1951. All of these units were rebuilt as F9M's at EMD (first three) and SP Houston shops from 1954-1959. The last was vacated from the roster on 03/23/1970.
