SP 6107A
This loco was built in 01/1948 with EMD construction number 4516. It was built as a 1500 hp F3 A-unit. It was painted in the SP's standard for the time black widow colors.
Her alpha suffix was to have been done away with when the F3 fleet was renumbered in December 1949. She was to have became SP 6114, but was sent to the T&NO and renumbered as T&NO 314 prior to this number being applied.
She was rebuilt as an F9M at Houston and renumbered T&NO 613 in 02/23/1956.
She was retired on 03/06/1968 and sold to EMD on 03/26/1968.
