SP 6110A
This loco was built in 1/1948 with EMD construction number 4522. It was built as a 1500 hp F3 A-unit. It was painted in the SP's standard for the time black widow colors.
Her alpha suffix was done away with when the F3 fleet was renumbered in December 1949 as she became SP 6120. She was transferred to the T&NO and renumbered as T&NO 320 on 04/11/1950.
She was rebuilt as an F9M at EMD and renumbered T&NO 601 in 12/28/1954.
She was retired on 07/17/1969 and sold to GE on 07/29/1969.
