B-100-81 Box Cars:
VCY 181000-181228 (returned to SSW 67750=67999)
These 50'-7" box cars were built as members of the B-70-81 class which had been rebuilt as part of the Golden West Service program. Their capacity was increased from 70 to 100-tons as part of the GWS program. After their leases were up, they were relettered back to their original SSW initials and numbers with little (or no) other exterior changes, retaining their Golden West Service paint and a growing amount of graffiti.
