SSW 7600-7607:
The SSW GP40's were the only "plain" or "non-DASH-2" GP40's on the SP system until a group of rebuilt GP40's from a variety of other roads was bought. These eight units were delivered in numbers assigned for the 1965 system renumbering plan, so had no previous numbers.
