CH-90-17 Covered Hopper Cars:

These 3-bay, 90 ton, covered hopper cars were stretched by UP Omaha Shops in 1969 from members of CH-70-1 and CH-70-2 (originally built by GATC in 11/1940 and 1949 respectively.) They featured 3209 ft3 capacity. They were assigned to class CH-90-17.
