O-50-2 Tank Cars
A roster of the O-50-2 class tank cars is provided as follows:
SP 50250-50874 (renumbered to SP 61415-61443) SP 50875-51081 (renumbered to SP 61444-61455)
These 42' tank cars were all built to the same basic design by PSC in 1907-08 and featured 12,000 gal. capy. Apparently these cars were built as flat cars with attached tanks. At least one car (maybe more) had the flat and tank sections separated. The flat became SP 49689 and the tank becoming SP 49401.
