These 41'-6" tight-bottom, wood sided "War Emergency" gondolas were built by AC&F in 1949. They featured 1826 ft3 capacity.

Many of these were rebuilt with high sides as G-50-21A Bagasse Gons. They operated in this service with their original numbers until the 1960s when cars marked T&NO began to be folded into the SP numbering system. They became SP 357000 series cars.
