F-70-91 Flat Cars

A roster of the F-70-91 class auto rack superstructures is provided as follows:

These SP Thrall/W&K type 2 bi-level auto racks were applied to TTGX flush-deck flats in the TTGX 253xxx, 254xxx, 255xxx, 256xxx, 963xxx, 964xxx and 977xxx number ranges.

Data from the above cars was taken by Jeff Guidry and Patrick Harris revealing this gap in the SP flat car classes. Also on the car was lettering to the affect "PROPERTY OF BLC CORPORATION---OWNER AND LESSOR" which I am taking as Banker's Leasing Corporation. These cars appear to have mostly been repainted in the SP's speed lettering scheme except as noted above. This class, along with the F-70-87, -90, -94 and -95, denote the rack applied to the TTX flat car, not the car itself.

More info needs to be obtained on this class of cars. We will be keeping our eyes open. If you have any additional info to add, please feel free to do so.
