F-70-86 Flat Cars:
SP 520541-520740 (to BAR 60000-60005) (to AG 80***-80***; cane train service on LDRR)
These cars were built by AC&F in 9-11/1979. They featured 89'-4" loading platforms as all purpose COFC/TOFC flush deck cars.
Some cars have appeared in black paint apparently assigned to hauling light rail cars from the builder to the agency. It is not known if these are the same cars, but they are numbered within the same number series.
At least a few of these cars were re-stenciled as AG 80xxx series flats and as of fall 2003, were being used to transport cut cane on the Louisiana & Delta Railroad. This program has now ended and the disposition of these cars is unknown.
