F-70-68 Flat Cars:

 
	
	SP 599700-599899						(to SP 516163-516272 & 516413-516452)

These cars were built in 1973 by AC&F as flush-deck flats. They featured 89'-4" loading platforms and were initially assigned to pipe loading service. Many of these cars had enclosed bi-level racks applied in 1977 and were renumbered as above. When re-numbered, they were assigned to sub class F-70-68A.
