F-70-65A Flat Cars:
SP 517300-517363 blt 5/1973 Lot 9606 (to SP 516100-516162) SSW 80350-80419 blt 6/1973 Lot 9607 (to SSW 80849-80916)
These 89'-4", low-deck flat cars were built in by PS in 1973 as above. They were originally equipped with STAC-PAC containers for transporting high end GM automobiles. They were rebuilt as wide-body flats and the STAC-PAC containers were removed in 1976, then Portec, enclosed tri-level racks were installed.
The STAC-PAC containers can still be seen throughout the former SP at various yards being used as storage sheds.
