F-70-63A Flat Cars

A roster of the F-70-63A class flat cars is provided as follows:

These cars were built in 1972 by PS (lot 9591B) as low-deck flats and featured 89'-4" loading platforms. They were originally equipped with Vert-a-Pac superstructures built by Whitehead & Kales. By 1980, they were rebuilt as wide-body flats; the superstructures had been removed and roofless, enclosed, Portec tri-level auto racks had been installed.
