F-70-47 Flat Cars

A roster of the F-70-47 class flat cars is provided as follows:

		
	SP 515150-515174	Freight Saver draft gear
	SP 515175-515194	Freight Master draft gear
		
	

These cars were built in 1966 by AC&F (P-3254) and featured 89'-0" lengths and tri-level auto racks. A photo of SP 515176 appears in the March 31, 1969 issue of Railway Age with what appears to be a W&K rack with mesh side screen panels. These cars were early flush-deck flats.
