These 85'-0" flat cars were built by Bethlehem Steel Corp. (Lot 3400-329) in 8/1962. They featured National C-1 trucks and Ellcon handbrakes.

Many if not all of these cars were leased to PFE at some point. At least one of these cars (possibly more) was fitted with a Whitehead & Kales rack based on the photo below of SP 513170.
