A roster of the B-70-23 class box cars is provided as follows:

These 50'-6" box cars were all built to the same basic design by PC&F in 1964 and featured 10'-0" Superior sliding doors, Hydra-Cushion underframes, Car Pac loaders and 5022 ft3 capacity. Many of these cars were later rebuilt into B-70-23R's.
