These 50'-1" insulated box cars were built by PC&F in 1959-60. They featured 9' Youngstown plug doors, Hydra-Cushion underframes, Car-Pac loaders and 4644 ft3 capacity. Many of these cars were renumbered as shown and some were later rebuilt as B-70-1R's.

Two cars of this class were rebuilt as repeater air cars as follows:
