These 40'-6", 50-ton box cars were built to the 1937 AAR design as above in 1937. They featured 6'-0" Youngstown doors, 4/5 Dreadnought ends, Hutchins panel roof, wood running boards, 10'-0" inside height and 3712 ft3 capacity,
