This loco was built in 6/1967 with EMD serial number 7955-8. She featured a full SP light package on the front consisting of a sealed beam light with UDE light cluster in her nose and a Gyralight between her numberboards, a single sealed beam light mounted on her rear and a steam generator for passenger heating.

She was repainted into "kodachrome" colors as part of the attempted SPSF merger.
