These 20,000 gallon, 70-ton tank cars were built by Richmond Tank Car Co. in 2/1964. They were used in lube oil service. They featured 51'-2" length over strikers, ASF Ride Control trucks, 33" wrot steel wheels, WabcoPac air brakes, Timken roller bearings and 16 line Duplex Coil heaters.
