These 40'-6" modified AAR steel box cars were built by Cotton Belt's Pine Bluff shops in 1941-1944 as above. They featured welded underframes, Alternate Center Rivet (ACR) pattern on their sides, Apex Tri-Lok running boards and 3929 ft3 capacity.
