This loco was rebuilt in 4/1981 from GP7 SCL 890 (ex SAL 1710) by SCL Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 11501 but became what SCL referred to as a GP16. She was released in Family Lines paint.

She became SBD 4756.

She became CSXT 1802.

She was retired on 01/13/1993.
