This loco was built in 8-9/1960 with EMD serial number 26122. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP18s, she did feature dynamic brakes.

She became SCL 1064.

She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 5/1980 and became SCL 4621:2. replacing the SCL 4621:1 which had been incorrectly renumbered at rebuild.

She became SBD 4621.

She became CSXT 1721.

She was retired on 06/25/1992, sold and became ACWR 1721.

She became ACWR 1600.
