These 40'-6", 50 ton box cars were built by C&EI-Danville (EIEC) in 2/1951. They featured 6' Youngstown sliding doors with Camel fixtures or Utility doors and fixtures, Std. Rwy. Equ. Mfgr. Co. diagonal panel riveted roof, dreadnaught steel ends, US Gypsum metal running board and brake step, Champion-Peacock vertical wheel hand brake, ASF A-3 Ride Control trucks and 3897 ft3 capacity.

Several groups of cars appear to have been rebuilt and renumbered as above over time.
