Southern 4501 2-8-2 to Hatteisburg, MS.

This year's trips were to be remembered for the load of bad coal that caused 4501 to not steam properly on the Saturday trip thus forcing the Southern to add GP38 SOU 2723 ahead of the steam locomotive at some point north of Slidell. At Hattiesburg the diesel was moved behind the canteen and remained there for the return trip to NOUPT and the Sunday trip.
