These 40'-0" drop-bottom, composite gondolas were built by AC&F in 1923 for the Pacific Electric and assigned to class W-50-0. They featured drop bottoms and 1740 ft3 capacity. In 1940, the surviving cars were transferred to the SP and given numbers as above.
