S-40-2 Stock Cars
A roster of the S-40-2 class stock cars is provided as follows:
SP 77650-77749 blt. by Western Steel Car 1906 CP 75000-75199 " " " " " " " " ML&T 14100-14599 blt. by AC&F " " I&V 14600-14609 blt. by Standard Steel Car 1909 GH&SA 14610-14809 " " " " " " " "
These 36'-6" stock cars were all built to the same basic design as noted above and featured 2596 ft3 capacity. The CP cars were relettered for SP and the ML&T, I&V and GH&SA cars were relettered for T&NO as these subsidiary lines were folded into parent companies.
