B-70-52 Box Cars:

 

	SP 225000-225499

These 50'-7" box cars were built by FMC-GBEC (Lot 16830) in 1969-1/1970. They featured centered 2x8' Superior or Youngstown sliding doors, 4/4 IDE, Z XP roof (flush,) double sheathed construction and 5230 ft3 capacity. These cars were NOT equipped with cushion underframes.
