This loco was built in 4/1969 with GE construction number 36925. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time bloody nose colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on the front end and a single sealed beam headlight on the rear.

After retirement, she was sold to the Santa Fe railroad and rebuilt into slug AT&SF 144.
