This loco was built in 3/1964 with GE construction number 34789. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time bloody nose colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on the front and a standard dual sealed beam headlight on the rear.
She was assigned number SP 6752 in the 1965 system renumbering.
Rebuilt 03/03/1977 to TE70S as SP 7033.
