This loco was built in 2/1964 with GE construction number 34778. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time bloody nose colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on the front and a standard dual sealed beam headlight on the rear.
She was assigned number SP 6741 in the 1965 system renumbering.
Rebuilt 10/29/1981 to TEBU SP 1607.
