This loco was built in x/1964 with GE construction number 34794 as SP 7557. She became SP 6757 in the 1965 system renumbering. She was later rebuilt by SP Sacramento Shops on xx/xx/1982 as a Tractive Effort Booster Unit.

She became UPY 937.
