This loco was built on 7/1941 with EMD construction number 1322.

She was retired on 03/04/1969 and sold on 03/18/1969 to Bethlehem Steel Corp. as their engine #18 for use at their plant in Vernon, CA. She was scrapped on site there in 1972.
