This loco was built on 11/1939 with EMC construction number 976.
She was retired on 10/19/1967 and renumbered SPMW 566 for non revenue use at the Houston Tie Mill. She served there until being sold to Precision National Corp. of Mt. Vernon, IL on 05/1976. She was later resold to U.S. Steel Corp.
