This loco was built in 5/1967 with EMD construction number 7955-5. She featured a full SP light package on the front consisting of a sealed beam light with UDE light cluster in her nose and a Gyralight between her numberboards, a single sealed beam light mounted on her rear and a steam generator for passenger heating.
