SP 5457
This loco was built in 1/1956 with EMD construction number 21282. It was built as a reserve passenger engine. It was painted in standard for the time "black widow" colors and featured triple underbody tanks (two for dual fuel and one for boiler water) a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3931 in the 1965 system renumbering.
She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 4354 on 7/12/1972.
Around 1986 she was painted in the SPSF Kodachrome paint scheme.
