SP 5450

This loco was built in 1/1956 with EMD construction number 21275. She was built as a reserve passenger engine. She was painted in standard for the time "black widow" colors and featured triple underbody tanks (two for dual fuel and one for boiler water) a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3924 in the 1965 system renumbering.
She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 4382 on 3/8/1974.
