SP 5418

This loco was built in 4/1955 with EMD construction number 19983. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time "black widow" colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.

She was assigned number SP 3896 in the 1965 system renumbering.

She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 4406 on 10/31/1975.
