SP 5383

This loco was built in 1/1955 with EMD construction number 20234. She was built as a reserve passenger engine with steam generator. She was painted in standard for the time "black widow" colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.

She was assigned number SP 3861 in the 1965 system renumbering.

She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 4348 on 5/3/1971.
