SP 9251
This loco was built in 5/1972 with EMD construction number 72601-43. She was built as a freight engine. She was painted in standard for the time bloody nose colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on the front end. The rear featured xxxx.
She was rebuilt and renumbered to SP 6774 as part of the SP's GRIP program on 08/xx/1986.
She was rebuilt by MK-Boise in x/1996 and began a new life as KCS 4506, now considered an SD45T-3. KCS's ex SP 4500 series units were renumbered to the KCS 7200's at some point. This unit thus was KCS 7206 later in life.
