She was painted in kodachrome paint of the intended SPSF railroad.
She was not rebuilt as part of the SP's GRIP program.
She was one of quite a few of SP's SD45T-2 units known to have been repainted into SP's "Speed Lettering" scheme at a point after the SP was bought by Rio Grande Industries in October 1988.
