SP 8870
This loco was built in x/1967 with EMD construction number 7954-26.
She was rebuilt and renumbered to SP 7440 as part of the SP's GRIP program on xx/xx/1982. The most visible external change was the addition of a full set of Gyralight to the rear of the unit.
She was retired on 11/29/2000 and sold 7/2004 to Larry's Truck Electric Corp. of McDonald, OH.
