This loco was built in 3/1943 with ALCO construction number 69960.
She was retired on 1/31/1966 and sold to EMD on 02/15/1966 prior the 1965 system renumbering. She was assigned number SP 1706 in the 1965 renumbering, but it was never physically applied.
