SP 6020
This loco was built in 9/1950 with ALCO-GE construction number 78000. She was painted in the SP's Daylight orange and red as a passenger engine. She was delivered as part of an ABA set which included a matching PA-unit SP 6019 and PB-unit SP 5918, but they were never drawbar equipped.
At some point in the late 1950's or possibly early 1960's she was repainted into the newly adopted grey and red "bloody nose" scheme for all locomotives regardless of passenger or freight assignment.
She was retired on 10/05/1965 and sold to ALCO on 10/14/1965.
