This loco was built in 6/1961 with KM construction number 18694 as a cab unit. She featured a hydraulic transmission and full SP gyralights on the front. The rear lights.....
She was renumbered SP 9100 as part of the SP's 1965 system locomotive renumbering plan.
She was retired and scrapped with the majority of the other ML4000's between 1967 & 1968.
