This loco was built in 2/1956 with FM construction number 12-L-979.
She was ordered as T&NO 119, but was diverted at the factory to the Pacific Lines. She was built to T&NO standards without extra signal lights and with full length handrails.
She was renumbered SP 2373 in the 1965 system renumbering.
