T&NO 452

This loco was built in 2/1959 with EMD builder's number 25148. She was built as a freight engine. She was painted in newly standard grey and red or "bloody nose" colors and featured a single dual sealed beam headlight on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3656 in the 1965 system renumbering.
She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 3845 in 2/1977.
She was one of several ex T&NO GP9's to receive full SP style gyralight packages at GRIP.
