T&NO 449
This loco was built in 2/1959 with EMD builder's number 25145. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in newly standard grey and red or "bloody nose" colors and featured a single dual sealed beam headlight on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3653 in the 1965 system renumbering.
It appears as though this unit never went through the GRIP Program.
She was renumbered into a switcher series as SP 2889 in 1978.
