This loco was built in 10/1954 with EMD builder's number 19992. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time black widow colors and featured a single dual sealed beam headlight on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3423 in the 1965 system renumbering, but was wrecked in summer 1965 prior to having been physically renumbered..
She was vacated from the SP roster on xx/xx/19xx.
