SP 5879

This loco was built in 4/1959 with EMD construction number 25638. She was built as a freight engine. She was painted in newly adopted grey and red bloody nose scheme and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end. It featured a low front hood.

She was assigned number SP 3715 in the 1965 system renumbering.

She was not rebuilt as part of the GRIP program.
